About the Role
Join a leading European international main contractor involved in some of the continent's largest and most technically demanding mission-critical projects. This role is based full-time from a contemporary office in Maynooth, supporting the preparation and submission of bids for major data centre projects across the UK and Europe. This position offers long-term projects, career growth opportunities, and a strong pipeline of secured work within a market-leading organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the compilation and submission of comprehensive bid and tender documents.
- Collaborate closely with pre-construction managers, estimators, design teams, and commercial personnel to collect necessary technical information.
- Oversee bid schedules, manage deadlines, and control document flow throughout the tender process.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven track record in roles such as Bid Coordinator, Bid Administrator, Proposal Coordinator, or Pre-Construction Coordinator.
- Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or comparable technical project settings.
- Strong organizational abilities with competence in handling multiple concurrent deadlines.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from €40,000 to €60,000.
