About Medical Global Academy
Medical Global Academy (MGA) specializes in providing medical education through both online and in-person courses along with hospital training aimed at doctors nationally and internationally.
Role Overview
We seek a proactive and organized Admission Counsellor to join MGA’s team. This role entails guiding prospective medical students, persuading clients to enroll, managing the admission procedures, and ensuring consistent communication with potential and current candidates.
Key Duties
- Guide and advise doctors and medical professionals on available courses and hospital training programs.
- Effectively persuade and negotiate with clients to secure admissions.
- Oversee all stages of the admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain regular contact with prospective and enrolled clients for follow-ups.
- Accurately maintain records related to leads and student admissions.
- Collaborate with internal departments as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; basic competency in English communication is necessary.
- Preference given to candidates experienced in counselling or sales roles.
- Strong communication skills along with the ability to convincingly present information.
- Exemplary punctuality, discipline, and professionalism are essential.
- Capability to manage interactions with both national and international clients.

Additional Details
