Role Overview

This position focuses on driving sales results through exceptional customer service, supervising associates, managing expenses, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by delivering excellent customer service and consistently achieving or surpassing company targets.
  • Provide documented performance evaluations for sales associates, offering constructive feedback aligned with company goals.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards including proper signage, store cleanliness, and adherence to dress code policies.
  • Safeguard company assets by adhering to LIDS Retail policies and procedures.
  • Assist in creating store schedules to ensure adequate coverage while managing labor costs.
  • Manage store inventory accurately through receiving, transferring, price adjustments, and product counts.
  • Complete proper documentation and record keeping compliant with company policies and relevant laws.
  • Open and close the store following established operational procedures.
  • Support all company policies and guidelines.
  • Participate in training programs, set sales and operational goals, and provide ongoing follow-up.
  • Help recruit, train, and guide store personnel on operational standards and guidelines.
  • Encourage staff to comply strictly with company policies, including inventory protection and handling of funds.
  • Perform tasks typically assigned to subordinates when needed and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of related experience.
