About the Internship
Join Safalta Setu as a Talent Acquisition intern, a position designed to support the recruitment process and help build a strong talent pipeline in a socially impactful non-profit. The internship focuses on aiding in candidate sourcing, evaluation, and communication to assist with efficient hiring operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Broxer, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Evaluate candidate profiles preliminarily aligned with job requirements and eligibility standards.
- Maintain consistent communication with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage interview scheduling and coordination while keeping candidates updated.
- Develop and maintain a centralized talent database for current and upcoming recruitment needs.
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics and generate reports on hiring progress.
- Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to enhance sourcing strategies and improve candidate experience.
- Assist in promoting the organization's employer brand across various channels.
- Ensure thorough documentation and record keeping of all recruitment activities.
