About the Internship

Join Safalta Setu as a Talent Acquisition intern, a position designed to support the recruitment process and help build a strong talent pipeline in a socially impactful non-profit. The internship focuses on aiding in candidate sourcing, evaluation, and communication to assist with efficient hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Broxer, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Evaluate candidate profiles preliminarily aligned with job requirements and eligibility standards.
• Maintain consistent communication with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage interview scheduling and coordination while keeping candidates updated.
• Develop and maintain a centralized talent database for current and upcoming recruitment needs.
• Monitor recruitment performance metrics and generate reports on hiring progress.
• Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to enhance sourcing strategies and improve candidate experience.
• Assist in promoting the organization's employer brand across various channels.
• Ensure thorough documentation and record keeping of all recruitment activities.

Candidate Eligibility

• Available to work remotely.
• Can commence the internship between July 11, 2026, and August 15, 2026.
• Commitment to the full 4-month internship duration.
• Relevant skills and strong interest in talent acquisition.
• Encouragement for women aiming to start or restart their careers to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Students, graduates, or recent graduates in HR, Management, Psychology, or related disciplines.
• Experience with recruitment projects, internships, or campus activities is advantageous.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Broxer, and digital sourcing tools is preferred but not compulsory.
• Preference for candidates passionate about education, youth development, and social causes.
