We are seeking a Training Administrator to become a vital part of a well-established and expanding company. Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize training materials, attendance sheets, and course documentation.
- Complete post-course administrative duties to keep records accurate and current.
- Generate and distribute training certificates promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously via phone and email.
- Maintain precise records within internal databases and systems.
- Assist trainers with their administrative needs before and after training sessions.
- Provide general office administrative support as required.
- Ensure that all paperwork complies with company protocols and procedures.
Requirements
- Prior experience in administrative work within a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong organizational abilities to handle a diverse range of tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional, friendly, and customer-oriented manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with databases or Learning Management Systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
