Technical Recruiter

About the Position

We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter specializing in IT to join our team in Mohali, Punjab. This full-time role involves working night shifts aligned with US and Canadian time zones. This is an onsite position exclusively open to local candidates with a background in recruiting for North American markets.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to hiring.
• Identify potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and employee referrals.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations effectively.
• Arrange interviews and manage the offer process to successful closure.
• Develop and nurture talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Achieve hiring goals and maintain recruitment performance metrics.

Necessary Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques including Boolean searches.
• Hands-on expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication abilities coupled with effective candidate relationship management.
• Ability to operate efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced staffing setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for the US and Canadian IT job markets.
• Background in staffing agency or direct client recruitment environments.
• Hiring experience across Software, Cloud Computing, Data Science, DevOps, Quality Assurance, Network, and Infrastructure roles.
