Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist experienced in recruiting US, UK, and global finance and accounting professionals. The candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes, collaborating closely with multiple hiring managers, and achieving ambitious hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete end-to-end recruitment for various finance and accounting roles in US, UK, and global markets.
• Source candidates using portals, job boards, social media, referrals, Boolean searches, and other sourcing strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive screening to evaluate candidates on technical accounting expertise, relevant software proficiency, communication capabilities, and organizational fit.
• Recruit for diverse accounting positions including Bookkeeper, Staff Accountant, Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger, R2R, O2C, P2P, Revenue Accountant, Payroll, Tax, Audit, Construction Accountant, Financial Analyst, and similar roles.
• Perform recruiter screening interviews and create shortlists for further rounds.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers ensuring smooth candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pool for ongoing accounting and finance hiring needs.
• Utilize ATS tools such as Zoho Recruit to manage candidate databases and recruitment workflows.
• Monitor recruitment metrics like sourcing effectiveness, turnaround times, interview-to-offer ratios, offer acceptance, and onboarding success.
• Manage compensation negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding procedures.
• Carry out market mapping and extensive talent research to identify passive candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce demands and plan recruitment strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing methodologies and recruitment processes.

Recruitment Tools Experience

• Proficiency with platforms like Naukri Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoho Recruit, Indeed, and ATS systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for recruitment analytics.
• Experience with AI-powered sourcing and recruitment automation platforms is beneficial.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; MBA/PGDM in HR is advantageous.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to source and hire finance and accounting professionals, especially in US/UK domains.
• Strong knowledge of accounting job roles, applicable software, and recruitment trends.
• Expertise in Boolean search techniques and managing ATS platforms.
• Excellent skills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder communication, negotiation, and engagement.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analytics.
