Role Overview

This Senior Recruiter position involves partnering closely with stakeholders, addressing recruitment challenges, and enhancing hiring outcomes through expertise and insight. The role supports a critical client account in the Middle East and requires strong relationship-building with hiring managers, providing strategic recruitment advice, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This role is based on-site full-time at the client's office in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, with attendance required five days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior hiring managers and business leaders, offering consultative recruitment guidance and market knowledge.
  • Lead briefing sessions for vacancies and establish recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Work with sourcing teams to create effective talent attraction methods and maintain robust candidate pipelines.
  • Provide hiring managers with insights on talent availability, industry trends, competitor actions, and hiring expectations.
  • Handle the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience during the recruitment process.
  • Lead complex offer negotiations and assist hiring managers in making informed selections.
  • Develop and sustain proactive talent pools to meet future hiring needs.
  • Utilize recruitment data and funnel metrics to identify areas for enhancement, mitigate risks, and boost hiring success.
  • Collaborate effectively with sourcing, administration, and broader delivery teams for seamless execution.
  • Support and mentor colleagues on recruitment best practices, client culture, and delivery quality.
  • Contribute actively to continuous improvement efforts and strategic recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment within sectors such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, or Construction.
  • Experience supporting hiring activities across the Middle East region.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, partnering with senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to lead recruitment strategy discussions and advise on market insights and hiring methods.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
  • Willingness and ability to work on-site five days a week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience mentoring or coaching recruiters or recruitment support personnel.
  • Strong knowledge of talent market mapping and pipelining strategies.
  • Additional language competencies.
