  • Collaborate closely with both night and day teams to ensure smooth shift transitions and effective communication.
  • Maintain tidy and secure communal areas to preserve a high standard of living space.

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with options to buy up to 5 extra days and earn additional leave based on long service.
  • Generous pension scheme with employer contributions ranging from 4% to 11% depending on employee contributions.
  • Life insurance coverage valued at four times your salary.
  • Opportunity to participate in a share save scheme to purchase company shares at discounted rates.
  • Enhanced family leave, including 18 weeks full pay for birthing parents and 4 weeks for non-birthing parents.
  • Health Cash Plan providing reimbursement for routine medical costs (dental, optical, physiotherapy, etc.).
  • Employee Assistance Programme offering extensive personal support services.
  • Annual paid volunteering day to engage in community service.
  • Access to an online platform offering discounted deals on retail and hospitality services.
