Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage their check-in with professionalism
• Organize appointment scheduling and confirmations to maintain an orderly calendar
• Manage incoming calls and provide timely, clear responses to patient inquiries
• Handle payment processing and address account or billing questions as needed
• Keep patient records precise and updated with meticulous attention
• Assist with daily administrative tasks supporting practice operations
• Collaborate closely with clinical staff and team members to ensure seamless patient journeys
• Respond empathetically and professionally to patient concerns and questions

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Experience in reception, administrative duties, or customer service roles
• Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills
