Real Estate Analyst

About the Role

A New York-based real estate investment company is looking for a Real Estate Investment Analyst to become part of its investment division. This position provides comprehensive involvement in underwriting, deal execution, transaction finalization, and ongoing management of assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and underwrite prospective real estate investment opportunities.
• Develop and update detailed financial models at the property level.
• Perform extensive market research, valuation analysis, and due diligence processes.
• Create investment memorandums and related documentation for decision-making.
• Support all stages of transaction execution, from preliminary evaluation to closing.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Prior experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, underwriting, valuation, advisory roles, or asset management.
• Advanced financial modeling abilities and strong analytical aptitude.
• Good understanding of key commercial real estate principles.
