About the Role
We seek an experienced QA Test Lead specializing in the airline domain with expertise in chatbot testing to join a prominent airline organization based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position suits professionals skilled in software testing methodologies with specific knowledge of conversational AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement both manual and automated test scenarios.
- Conduct testing of chatbot and conversational AI software on web and mobile platforms.
- Execute diverse testing types including functional, regression, integration, system, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Assess chatbot interactions, including user journey accuracy, intent validation, and response correctness.
- Document and follow up on defects until fully resolved.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA peers in an Agile team setting.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality software releases that fulfill business and user requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in manual and/or automated software testing.
- Proficient in testing chatbot or conversational AI systems.
- Competent in API testing using tools like Postman or equivalents.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Experience using defect and test management software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Preferably experienced within the airline or aviation sector.
- Knowledge of Passenger Service Systems (PSS) or airline-related applications is advantageous.
- Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks is beneficial.
