Role Overview

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant based in Whakatane, where you will be instrumental in fulfilling online orders for customers. Woolworths operates over 185 stores across Aotearoa with 20,000 team members, committed to positively impacting the lives of three million New Zealanders every week. Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and accurately picking and packing online customer orders while maintaining safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments regarding product availability, substitutions, and handling customer inquiries related to online orders.
  • Maintain a proactive and positive approach towards health and safety for yourself and colleagues.

Work Schedule

  • Tuesday: 3:30 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Sunday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
