Role Overview
Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant based in Whakatane, where you will be instrumental in fulfilling online orders for customers. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately picking and packing online customer orders while maintaining safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments regarding product availability, substitutions, and handling customer inquiries related to online orders.
- Maintain a proactive and positive approach towards health and safety for yourself and colleagues.
Candidate Profile
- Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to make decisions that prioritize customers within company procedures and systems.
- Effective team communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to remain on your feet throughout the shift.

Work Schedule
- Tuesday: 3:30 PM - 9:00 PM
- Wednesday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Sunday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
