About the Role
WE ROOF LIMITED, a growing Auckland-based roofing company, is seeking a proactive and experienced Office Administrator & Receptionist. This key team member will help coordinate daily office operations, provide vital support to the in-house team, and serve as the professional initial contact for customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails, managing communication with customers, builders, suppliers, and tradespeople.
- Maintain administrative duties including documentation and support for company directors and the wider team.
- Manage financial and bookkeeping tasks using Xero and Hubdoc.
- Organize the office workflow and multitask effectively to keep operations running smoothly.
Required Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with roofing and construction industries and understanding of trade business operations.
- Proficiency with computers, digital systems, and software including Xero, Hubdoc, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and email management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to independently recognize and execute tasks without constant supervision.
Additional Information
- Experience with Smartly and payroll processing is highly desirable.
- This position requires on-site presence in Auckland and is not remote.
