Role overview
Little Red River Group of Companies is seeking an Office Administrator to manage and improve day-to-day administrative operations at its High Level, Alberta location. This role is based on site and must be performed in person; remote work is not available. The position involves coordinating office services, keeping procedures organized, and supporting overall business operations.

Key responsibilities
- Create and introduce new administrative processes, then assess and refine them where needed.
- Set priorities for work, make sure procedures are followed, and confirm deadlines are met.
- Handle the administrative operations of the establishment.
- Coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
- Support preparation of operating budgets and help maintain inventory and budget controls.
- Collect information and prepare routine and special reports, manuals, and business correspondence.
- Supervise and coordinate office administration procedures.
- Manage and resolve conflict situations when they arise.
- Plan budgets and monitor expenditures.
Supervision
Supervision of 1 to 2 people.
Credentials
First Aid Certificate required.
Computer and technology knowledge
Electronic mail, accounting software, human resources software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

Transportation and travel
Applicants must have their own transportation, be willing to travel regularly, and hold a valid driver's licence.
