What you will do

• Support pre-sales activity and help grow club memberships.
• Handle membership enquiries, convert leads, and follow up prospects.
• Run club tours and membership consultations.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with current and potential members.
• Assist with the club’s social media activity, including content creation and responding to messages or enquiries.
• Work towards sales goals while providing a high level of customer service and member assistance.
• Help create an upbeat, welcoming, and energetic club atmosphere.
