What you will do

Support pre-sales activity and help grow club memberships.
Handle membership enquiries, convert leads, and follow up prospects.
Run club tours and membership consultations.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with current and potential members.
Assist with the club’s social media activity, including content creation and responding to messages or enquiries.
Work towards sales goals while providing a high level of customer service and member assistance.
Help create an upbeat, welcoming, and energetic club atmosphere.
