About the Role
Lega Nova Group is looking for a motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across the organization. This entry-level position will support senior managers and collaborate with various departments to meet project objectives in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, manage resources, equipment, and data
- Assist in creating and maintaining project timelines, documentation, and status reports
- Monitor project milestones and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and issues, escalating when necessary
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Contribute suggestions to improve project delivery processes
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented with the capacity to build good stakeholder relationships
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-focused with eagerness to learn and grow
Education and Experience
- Office or coordination work experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Project management certifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation or CAPM are advantageous
