About the Role

Lega Nova Group is looking for a motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across the organization. This entry-level position will support senior managers and collaborate with various departments to meet project objectives in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities, manage resources, equipment, and data
Assist in creating and maintaining project timelines, documentation, and status reports
Monitor project milestones and communicate progress to stakeholders
Identify potential risks and issues, escalating when necessary
Work closely with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
Contribute suggestions to improve project delivery processes

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team-oriented with the capacity to build good stakeholder relationships
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-focused with eagerness to learn and grow

Education and Experience

Office or coordination work experience is beneficial but not mandatory
Project management certifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation or CAPM are advantageous
