Judicial Claims Assistant Manager

Overview

This role represents stc in legal claims processes, aiming to secure favorable judgments for stc and its subsidiaries. The position necessitates providing strategic legal counsel, assessing case outcomes, managing negotiations, engaging with external legal experts, and ensuring effective execution of legal decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as stc’s representative in filing and handling legal claims before courts, committees, and government entities to recover dues owed to stc or its subsidiaries.
• Perform thorough feasibility analyses of potential cases to evaluate the company's legal standing and advise accordingly.
• Deliver timely and proactive legal advice focused on solving issues for stc group and subsidiaries.
• Review and contribute to contract negotiations with third parties, including suppliers, to mitigate risks leading to possible legal claims.
• Coordinate and manage external legal counsel for cases outsourced beyond internal capacity.
• Offer strategic recommendations to enhance the likelihood of obtaining judgments favorable to stc and oversee all necessary actions to enforce such judgments.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in judicial claims or related legal practice.
• Advanced understanding of legal processes related to judicial claims.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law is mandatory.
• Additional legal certifications are advantageous.
