Role Overview
Join our IT company in Noida as an IT Recruiter, where you'll handle comprehensive recruitment activities tailored to IT staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate sourcing through to the acceptance of job offers.
- Identify, evaluate, and forward highly qualified candidates for IT roles, leveraging C2H (contract to hire) and C2C (corp-to-corp) recruitment strategies effectively.
