As an IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in acquiring and managing relationships with freelance IT experts, supporting our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus primarily on sourcing new freelance IT specialists for our projects.
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end including conducting phone and virtual interviews and negotiating contracts with freelancers independently.
• Contribute your ideas and take initiatives to explore novel approaches leading to recruitment success.
• Collaborate closely with our onsite IT sales team to align staffing needs.
• Develop and maintain a durable network of freelance IT professionals to support long-term success.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, university degree, or a comparable qualification.
• Preferably some experience in freelance recruitment or related areas.
• A dynamic, creative, and good-humored approach to work combined with strong teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in German at an excellent level and good command of English.
