Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Construction & Contracting

About the Role

Azizi Developments is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Recruiter with extensive experience in the construction and contracting sector to join their Human Resources team based in Dubai, UAE. This full-time position requires a professional adept at managing recruitment activities for large-scale construction projects, developers, infrastructure works, and engineering firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from manpower requests, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, offer management to onboarding new hires.
• Establish and nurture robust talent pools specifically for construction and contracting-related positions.
• Utilize diverse channels such as job portals, professional networks, social media, recruitment agencies, referral programs, and proprietary databases to find suitable candidates.
• Recruit diverse roles including Project and Construction Managers, Site Engineers, various engineering disciplines (Civil, MEP, Structural), Quantity Surveyors, Planning and QA/QC Engineers, HSE experts, Foremen, Supervisors, skilled and semi-skilled laborers, as well as commercial and corporate staff.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate evaluations, including competency interviews, salary negotiation, reference verifications, and liaise on offer finalization.
• Develop and maintain a reliable network of candidates based both in the Philippines and the UAE.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment firms, manpower suppliers, and sourcing partners within both the Philippines and UAE regions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• At least 10 years of recruitment experience, largely within construction, contracting, engineering, or infrastructure industries.
• Proven track record in recruiting both professional/technical staff and skilled labor.
• Strong sourcing skills, including headhunting capabilities.
• Experience partnering effectively with recruitment agencies and international manpower providers.
• Solid understanding of UAE employment laws and recruitment frameworks.
