About the Role

We are seeking a diligent HR Executive to oversee daily HR activities and provide support to employees throughout the organization. This role is the primary contact for HR-related matters and aims to foster a favorable employee environment.

Responsibilities

Managing recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and collaborating with hiring managers.
Handling onboarding and offboarding processes such as joining formalities, documentation, induction, and exit procedures.
Maintaining employee records, tracking attendance and leave, and managing HRMS data.
Supporting payroll by coordinating salary inputs, reimbursements, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs.
Implementing HR policies and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
Resolving employee grievances and addressing queries promptly.

Requirements

Possession of a Bachelor's degree in HR, BBA, or preferably an MBA.
Between 1 to 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive.
Fundamental knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and HRMS systems.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HR software or CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a dynamic startup or fast-paced environment.
A positive, problem-solving attitude along with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
