Handover Executive - UAE National

Role Overview

The Handover Executive position involves managing property handovers within the Aljada, Masaar, and Jouri Hills communities. This role emphasizes delivering a smooth and informative transition to homeowners by conducting site visits, guiding home orientations, clarifying key features, and ensuring complete customer acknowledgment with signed handover documents. The individual must be customer-centric, onsite-based, and able to travel between the mentioned locations to engage with clients directly.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute unit handovers adhering strictly to company protocols and standards.
• Travel to and manage property handovers across Aljada, Masaar, and Jouri Hills developments.
• Provide detailed home orientation sessions covering unit attributes, communal facilities, and maintenance guidelines.
• Ensure all necessary documents and acknowledgments are accurately completed and signed by customers.
• Communicate clearly customer obligations, community policies, and pertinent property data throughout the handover.
• Respond to customer questions professionally, enhancing the overall handover experience.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Property Management, Facilities Management, and Technical teams to resolve pending issues prior to handovers.
• Maintain thorough records of handovers and associated documentation.
• Follow up on customer feedback or concerns arising during handovers to guarantee timely resolution.
• Adhere consistently to organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Provide support to the broader customer experience team for handover-related tasks as necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possession of a High School Diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous.
• Between 1 and 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, Real Estate, or Property Handover roles, with a preference for direct property handover experience.
• Direct customer interaction experience in client-facing positions is essential.
• UAE National candidates only; Family Book documentation is required.
• Valid UAE driving license and ownership of a vehicle are mandatory.
• Willingness and ability to work across all specified sites: Aljada, Masaar, and Jouri Hills.
• Capability to manage approximately seven handovers daily independently.
