Jovie is seeking caring and flexible part-time nannies to join our on-call team serving multiple families in Carmel Valley, CA. If you have experience as a babysitter, daycare worker, nanny, or nursery volunteer, or are a retired teaching professional wanting a smaller, more personal care environment, this role fits you well. This position offers the ability to adjust work schedules around your personal commitments such as education or family needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive childcare in family homes without any transportation responsibilities.
• Perform minimal household tasks limited to cleaning up after activities or meals shared with the children.
• Care primarily for infants and toddlers, with emphasis on children under 2 years old, supporting families with their childcare needs.
• Engage children safely in hands-on, age-appropriate activities informed by your observations of their development.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $18 to $20.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.

• Availability for at least three weekdays per week, undertaking 6 to 8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm.
• Strong communication skills, responsiveness to staffing supervisors, and a friendly attitude toward families.
