Field Collection Executive

Role Summary and Responsibilities

The Field Collection Executive is responsible for meeting monthly targets related to recovery and collections by negotiating payment arrangements, securing firm Promises to Pay (PTP), and resolving borrower defaults. Daily responsibilities include conducting field visits and making outbound calls to directly engage with delinquent customers, tracing difficult-to-locate accounts, and addressing payment deferrals.

Strict compliance with RBI and Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) regulations, including adherence to statutory codes of conduct and ethical debt recovery practices, is mandatory to ensure customer interactions remain respectful and harassment-free.

Managing the loan portfolio involves diligent follow-ups on accounts in early and late delinquency stages to minimize portfolio roll-rates and reduce the incidence of bad debts.

Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate daily records by logging calls and visits in the CRM system, collecting payments through authorized channels, and performing timely cash reconciliation and fund remittance.
