About the Role
We are looking for client-oriented, professional, and personable individuals who excel in delivering in-person services to join our vibrant Workplace Services team. As a Workplace Services Experience Officer, you will be crucial in providing outstanding workplace experiences that empower our people to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
Serving as a reliable first point of contact, you will foster a welcoming workplace atmosphere, coordinate various services, and develop strong relationships with clients. Your proactive approach will help anticipate and address client needs to support efficient work outcomes. Operating onsite, you will act as a central coordinating figure for workplace services, collaborating with internal teams and external service providers. Engaging primarily face-to-face, alongside telephone and email communication, you will deliver responsive, client-focused support, warmly welcome visitors, and confidently manage inquiries. You will guide individuals to the right assistance, services, and solutions, contributing to effective and positive workplace functions.
Working Environment and Skills
Working within dynamic and complex settings, you will apply sound judgment to prioritize tasks, balance competing requirements, and achieve results across diverse stakeholders. By foreseeing needs, resolving challenges, and navigating obstacles with professionalism and initiative, you will enhance a positive and productive workplace experience. This position requires site-based presence during regular business hours.

This role may be offered on either ongoing or non-ongoing terms in locations including Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Perth, or Sydney CBD.
