Role Overview

This full-time, on-premises position based in Panchla involves collecting packages from assigned pickup locations, verifying shipment information, and ensuring proper labeling and documentation prior to dispatch. Daily duties include collaborating with warehouse and courier teams, safely managing parcels, updating records or mobile apps with pickup statuses, and responding to straightforward customer inquiries at pickup sites. The role requires strict adherence to operating procedures, maintaining facility cleanliness and order, and following safety and security protocols. Success depends on punctuality, detailed focus, and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve packages from designated pickup points and confirm shipment details accurately.
• Coordinate effectively with warehouse and delivery personnel to facilitate seamless package flow.
• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and handling of parcels to maintain shipment integrity.
• Utilize mobile devices or applications to update pickup status and tracking information reliably.
• Address basic customer questions at pickup sites with clear communication and professionalism.
• Follow prescribed safety, security, and housekeeping standards within the pickup area.
