Drafter & CAD Designer

What You’ll Do

• Translate customers’ residential design ideas into accurate drawings using SoftPlan.
• Partner with the sales team so design work and estimates are completed on schedule.
• Work directly with customers to spot design concerns and resolve them as they come up.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing consistently high-quality service.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with engineers, architects, and contractors throughout the design and construction process.

Requirements

• Two years of CAD experience is preferred.
• Experience with SoftPlan software is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a busy, fast-moving workplace.
• Comfortable interacting with the public.
