Delivery Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking diligent and dependable Delivery Executives to join our team. Your core responsibility will be to ensure customers receive their orders accurately and on schedule, maintaining the quality of parcels during transit.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of orders.
• Handle parcels carefully to avoid any damage or loss.
• Maintain polite and professional interaction with customers.
• Use the delivery application to update the status of orders promptly.
• Collect Cash on Delivery payments correctly from customers.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler (bike or scooter).
• Availability of an Android smartphone with internet connectivity.
• Familiarity with local routes and competence with Google Maps.
• Submission of essential documents including Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving license with vehicle registration certificate, and bank account details.
