Delivery Executive

About the Role

As a Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of daily orders to street food vendors around Kolkata. This role involves safe operation of a company-assigned electric three-wheeler vehicle and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and deliver daily orders to various street food vendor stalls on a fixed route from Monday to Saturday.
• Operate a company-provided electric three-wheeler responsibly and safely.
• Handle and deliver goods carefully, ensuring correct items reach vendors in good condition.
• Collect payments and perform basic reconciliation of cash and digital payments during deliveries.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors, acting as their main daily contact for the company.
• Report any issues such as delivery delays, damaged products, or vendor complaints to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness, charging, and readiness of the vehicle for daily operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be familiar with safe driving practices and local routes in Kolkata.
• Ability to handle cash and digital transaction reconciliation accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with vendors.
• Responsibility and reliability for timely deliveries and vehicle upkeep.

Compensation and Working Schedule

• Monthly salary: 16,000 INR.
• Workdays: Monday through Saturday.
