About the Role
We are currently seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team for a reputed payment bank application. The essential responsibility involves addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone calls. This position does not involve sales or meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls and provide relevant information regarding their queries, complaints, and requests.
- Ensure accurate and polite communication primarily in the Gujarati language while using basic Hindi and English.
Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification: High School completion.
- Proficiency in spoken Gujarati is mandatory, with basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Age between 18 to 40 years.
- Willingness to work 9-hour shifts scheduled between 7 AM and 9 PM.
Additional Information
- Full paid training will be provided for 15 days.
- Location: Hyderabad, Begumpet.
- Spot joining is available due to urgent requirement.
