About the Role

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team for a reputed payment bank application. The essential responsibility involves addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone calls. This position does not involve sales or meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer calls and provide relevant information regarding their queries, complaints, and requests.
Ensure accurate and polite communication primarily in the Gujarati language while using basic Hindi and English.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: High School completion.
Proficiency in spoken Gujarati is mandatory, with basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
Age between 18 to 40 years.
Willingness to work 9-hour shifts scheduled between 7 AM and 9 PM.

Additional Information

Full paid training will be provided for 15 days.
Location: Hyderabad, Begumpet.
Spot joining is available due to urgent requirement.
This role is strictly non-sales oriented.
