Counter Sales Executive

We are seeking a personable and confident Counter Sales Executive who prioritizes customer satisfaction. This role involves assisting walk-in customers, accurately processing orders and payments, and maintaining smooth daily store operations to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them professionally with their inquiries.
• Identify customers' needs and suggest appropriate products.
• Manage counter sales by processing orders and transactions meticulously.
• Issue bills and accept payments via cash, UPI, cards, and other methods.
• Handle both online and offline orders efficiently.
• Collaborate with the kitchen or production team to ensure prompt order delivery.
• Keep the sales counter clean, organized, and presentable.
• Monitor stock levels and notify the manager when inventory is low.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Address basic customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
