About the Role

We are seeking a personable and confident Counter Sales Executive who prioritizes customer satisfaction. This role involves assisting walk-in customers, accurately processing orders and payments, and maintaining smooth daily store operations to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers warmly and assist them professionally with their inquiries.
Identify customers' needs and suggest appropriate products.
Manage counter sales by processing orders and transactions meticulously.
Issue bills and accept payments via cash, UPI, cards, and other methods.
Handle both online and offline orders efficiently.
Collaborate with the kitchen or production team to ensure prompt order delivery.
Keep the sales counter clean, organized, and presentable.
Monitor stock levels and notify the manager when inventory is low.
Support store opening and closing procedures.
Address basic customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
