Role Summary
We are seeking a distinguished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to guide all facets of the clinic’s operations beginning mid-September 2026. Reporting directly to the owners—who remain actively engaged in patient treatment—the CEO will assume full responsibility for leadership, strategic direction, day-to-day management, financial performance, organizational culture, and long-term growth of The Face Institute.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership with strong professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the clinic’s vision and goals.
- Create and promote a culture centered on excellence, teamwork, ownership, and continuous development.
- Mentor and guide managers and department heads to build a top-performing team focused on exceptional patient care and business outcomes.
- Oversee daily clinic operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with healthcare and employment regulations.
- Enhance workflows, policies, and operational systems to improve productivity, service quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Direct all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring, profitability optimization, and vendor relations.
- Recruit, develop, and retain skilled personnel fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to boost patient acquisition, retention, and clinic prominence in the medical aesthetics field.
- Champion a luxurious patient experience and uphold the clinic’s excellent reputation through continuous monitoring and improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive senior leadership experience with a successful track record managing businesses generating $5 million or more in annual revenue.
- Demonstrated ability to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and organizational culture.
- Strong financial expertise including budget management, forecasting, reporting, and KPI analysis.
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams of 20+ members.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and coaching skills with history of building accountable, high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with an aptitude for hands-on operational execution.
Preferred Background
- Experience in medical aesthetics, private healthcare, cosmetic or plastic surgery, dermatology, dentistry, ophthalmology, wellness, hospitality, luxury retail, or other premium service industries focused on exceptional client experiences.
- An MBA or equivalent executive education is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
- Executive compensation ranging between $150,000 and $165,000 annually, incorporating performance incentives.
