Business Analyst - Business Banking Transformation

Overview

This role seeks an experienced Business Analyst specializing in Business Banking Transformation within the digital banking domain for a position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate business analysis efforts related to digital banking transformation projects.
• Design comprehensive end-to-end digital customer journeys, focusing on improved experience and automation.
• Identify and promote automation across onboarding and customer servicing procedures.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment activities to ensure quality delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
• At least 4 years dedicated to Digital Banking or Business Banking Transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing digital banking transformation programs.
• Certified in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experienced in UAE or GCC banking environments.
• Familiarity with AI-driven onboarding platforms and workflow automation tools.
• Strong understanding of APIs and integration methodologies.
• Knowledgeable in BPM (Business Process Management) and workflow solutions.
• Familiar with digital banking platforms, data mapping, and system interface management.
