Confidence Petroleum India Limited is seeking a Billing Executive based in Nagpur with about one year of experience to join their finance team.

Generating, managing, and maintaining accurate invoices and billing documents.
Handling GST-related billing entry processes and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Reconciling billing data and collaborating closely with the accounts department to ensure records are aligned.
Verifying accuracy in all billing and customer financial records to prevent discrepancies.

Practical experience using Tally Prime or Tally ERP software for financial management.
Strong understanding of billing and invoice processing procedures.
Sound knowledge of GST and its application in billing.
Proficient in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
Efficient data entry and documentation capabilities.
Effective communication skills to liaise within the team.
Educational qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or M.Com).
