Job Overview
Confidence Petroleum India Limited is seeking a Billing Executive based in Nagpur with about one year of experience to join their finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating, managing, and maintaining accurate invoices and billing documents.
- Handling GST-related billing entry processes and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Reconciling billing data and collaborating closely with the accounts department to ensure records are aligned.
- Verifying accuracy in all billing and customer financial records to prevent discrepancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Practical experience using Tally Prime or Tally ERP software for financial management.
- Strong understanding of billing and invoice processing procedures.
- Sound knowledge of GST and its application in billing.
- Proficient in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
- Efficient data entry and documentation capabilities.
- Effective communication skills to liaise within the team.
- Educational qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or M.Com).

Compensation
