Role Overview

Join a dynamic pharmaceutical manufacturing team dedicated to ensuring that vital medications reach patients and physicians promptly. Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of individual tasks contributing to team goals, coordinating effectively with colleagues.
• Manage your own time and ongoing professional growth with accountability for results.
• Perform tasks under standard operating procedures across various complexities and timelines.
• Identify and address routine challenges and escalate deviations to supervisors as appropriate.
• Ensure work outputs meet strict accuracy, quality, and compliance standards.
• Operate and prepare machinery, equipment, and materials within your production area, confirming availability of necessary parts before production.
• Strictly follow plant safety protocols and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Conduct in-process quality inspections and propose enhancements for operational efficiency and safety.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED along with at least two years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective decision-making and communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Attention to detail paired with excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulated environment.
• Familiarity with manufacturing software and related operational tools.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, including mentoring skills.
• Basic knowledge of common AI technologies and an eagerness to explore their potential for productivity enhancement.
