Role Overview
Join a dynamic pharmaceutical manufacturing team dedicated to ensuring that vital medications reach patients and physicians promptly. In this position, you will contribute individually and collaboratively to achieve key team objectives, maintaining a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of individual tasks contributing to team goals, coordinating effectively with colleagues.
- Manage your own time and ongoing professional growth with accountability for results.
- Perform tasks under standard operating procedures across various complexities and timelines.
- Identify and address routine challenges and escalate deviations to supervisors as appropriate.
- Ensure work outputs meet strict accuracy, quality, and compliance standards.
- Operate and prepare machinery, equipment, and materials within your production area, confirming availability of necessary parts before production.
- Strictly follow plant safety protocols and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Conduct in-process quality inspections and propose enhancements for operational efficiency and safety.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED along with at least two years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective decision-making and communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Attention to detail paired with excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulated environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing software and related operational tools.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including mentoring skills.
- Basic knowledge of common AI technologies and an eagerness to explore their potential for productivity enhancement.
