Role Overview
As the Centre Manager at our Vermont facility, you will oversee daily centre operations with autonomy, supported by an Assistant Manager. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining facility standards, managing administration, and embodying the company’s FREEDOM values.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in choosing appropriate storage and packaging options.
- Promote and maintain a positive, constructive workplace culture aligned with KSS’s FREEDOM values, including a focus on fun.
- Ensure the facility’s cleanliness, safety, and maintenance meet high standards.
- Handle daily operational tasks and administrative duties efficiently.
- Support and adapt to change initiatives within the centre.
Candidate Profile
The ideal manager is customer-focused, organized, and proactive, taking pride in ownership and thriving in small team dynamics. A passion for fostering a constructive culture and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
Employment Details
- Location: Vermont, Victoria, Australia
- Employment type: Full-time
- Work hours: 76 hours per fortnight with a rotating weekend roster
- Work setting: Onsite at the Vermont centre
