Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled onsite US Recruiter with 4 to 7 years of experience specializing in IT and Automotive recruitment sectors. The candidate will possess excellent industry knowledge and superior communication skills to engage, evaluate, and negotiate with top-tier technical and engineering professionals within the US market. This is a full-time position requiring work from the office during US shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize deep expertise in IT and Automotive domains to source high-quality candidates effectively.
• Ensure compliance with US work authorizations and taxation terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099 arrangements.
• Act as the polished primary contact for candidates, managing communications throughout the hiring process from the initial outreach through to offer negotiations.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work full-time onsite during US shift hours at the designated office location.
• A minimum of 4 to 7 years of focused experience recruiting within the US market, specifically in IT and Automotive industries.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills suited for professional and articulate candidate interactions.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and familiarity with leading US job boards.
