Role Overview
Join Auckland Philharmonia as the Ticketing & Sales Manager, leading the box office team to drive ticketing and sales efforts. This pivotal position supports marketing campaigns to meet sales goals while ensuring exemplary customer service. You will collaborate closely with a friendly group of arts professionals passionate about music.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a busy box office team focused on efficient ticketing and event sales processes.
- Support marketing initiatives to maximize ticket sales and audience engagement.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance audience experience with Auckland Philharmonia.
- Manage financial aspects related to ticket sales including reporting and analysis.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally Tessitura (training available), and experience in financial management are essential. Familiarity with various ticketing and marketing technologies is advantageous. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are required.
