Job Responsibilities
- Contacting students and clients via phone to inform them about the institute's course offerings.
- Following up with interested students and guiding them through the admission process.
- Maintaining daily reports of calling activities.
- Achieving admission and enquiry targets set by the institute.
- Collaborating effectively with the team.
Requirements
- Good communication skills primarily in Hindi; basic knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Confident and polite voice tone when speaking.
- Basic proficiency in handling computers or mobile devices.
- Minimum educational qualification: completion of 12th grade.
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience.
