Job Responsibilities

Contacting students and clients via phone to inform them about the institute's course offerings.
Following up with interested students and guiding them through the admission process.
Maintaining daily reports of calling activities.
Achieving admission and enquiry targets set by the institute.
Collaborating effectively with the team.

Requirements

Good communication skills primarily in Hindi; basic knowledge of English is advantageous.
Confident and polite voice tone when speaking.
Basic proficiency in handling computers or mobile devices.
Minimum educational qualification: completion of 12th grade.
Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience.
