Tele Counsellor

About the Role

Frankfinn Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking Tele Counsellors for their Koramangala, Bangalore office. This full-time position involves outreach to prospective students to inform them about aviation-related courses, programs, and career prospects of the institute, encouraging enrollment through calls and personal counselling invitations.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively make outbound calls to potential students.
• Clearly articulate the offerings of Frankfinn's programs and career pathways.
• Invite prospects to attend free career counselling sessions at the institute.
• Persistently follow up with interested candidates to ensure their visit to the centre.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate call logs.
• Consistently meet or surpass daily call targets.
• Provide outstanding customer service and foster trust with prospective students.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must have completed 12th grade or be undergraduates/graduates.
• At least six months experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or voice processes.
• Age between 18 and 30 years.
• Fluency in English and Kannada communications.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Both male and female candidates are welcome.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Work Details and Benefits

• Monday to Saturday working schedule with Sundays off.
• Day shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Monthly salary ranges between ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 net take-home pay.
